About the Role:

Join the dedicated team at Big Sky Smiles and Sedation as a Dental Assistant in beautiful Missoula, MT! This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our patients and dental professionals in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during procedures to ensure optimal patient care.

Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.

Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.

Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.

Schedule appointments and manage the front desk as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred.

Experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable.

Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Current CPR certification is a plus.

Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
