We're looking for a RDA to join our private dental office in north Texas near Cross Roads and Krugerville, TX.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of working experience in dental office and

they would be a Great TEAM PLAYER with Glowing ENTHUSIASM and PERSONALITY to brighten our patients' day.

Compensation is range of $20-25/hr depending on their experience level.

Benefit includes in-office dental program for the employee and their family members, PTO, Paid Major Holidays and Production BONUS !
Bilingual would be a big plus !

Responsibilities:

Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable

Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have

Take vital signs and accurately record medical history

Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures

Assist dentist during procedures and exams

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies

Schedule appointments

Qualifications

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure

Previous experience as a dental assistant

Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required

Strong computer and data entry skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to provide high-quality patient care

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

About the Practice

The Aubrey Dentist serves the residents of Aubrey as well as those in neighboring towns including Pilot Point, Krugerville, Providence Village, Cross Roads, Prosper, and Denton. Patients can count on us for ongoing preventive services as well as more advanced treatments that respond to active oral health and cosmetic concerns. Our practice has also taken steps to ensure that we can respond to and assist patients who need our support for a dental emergency.
