Dental Assistant

Silberman Endodontics in Boynton Beach, Florida is looking for a skilled, full-time Dental Assistant to join our team and assist us in delivering exceptional care to our patients. If you enjoy working in a patient-centered environment and want to expand your skills in a specialty dental practice, we would love to hear from you!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of endodontic procedures, including 4-handed dentistry.
• Greet patients, help them feel comfortable, and provide clear post-procedure instructions.
• Sterilize, maintain, and organize instruments while ensuring treatment rooms are properly prepared, adhering to OSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Capture and process X-rays and other diagnostic images as needed.
• Accurately document patient information and treatment details in charts.
• Perform administrative tasks that require the use of a computer.

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate.
• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification 
• Dental Assistant Radiology Certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• A friendly, patient focused approach with a positive, professional attitude.
• Abilit to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Desire to grow professionally in a specialty practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Being a bilingial, Spanish speaker is a plus
