Job Description - Dental Assistant

We are a boutique pediatric dental and orthodontic practice looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant (no RDA license required) to support our team. This role is focused on sterilization, operatory turnover, chairside support, and office maintenance — the backbone of a smooth, safe, and welcoming dental experience for kids and families.

Responsibilities include:

Chairside assisting for exams and clinical cases

Sterilizing and maintaining instruments and equipment

Breaking down and setting up operatories between patients

Keeping treatment rooms clean, stocked, and organized

Assisting with general office maintenance (mopping, light cleaning, etc.)

Supporting the clinical team with efficiency and safety

We are looking for someone who is:

Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Comfortable working in a pediatric environment

Interested in growing with our practice
