  • Previous dental assisting experience preferred (but we welcome motivated newer assistants with strong potential and a willingness to learn)
  • Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy yet rewarding setting
  • Team-player attitude with a genuine passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

Why Join Our Team?

  • Competitive hourly pay of $15–$18 based on experience
  • Balanced 5-day workweek
  • Supportive, family-like team that values collaboration, respect, and positivity
  • Loyal patient community with a desirable payer mix (fee-for-service and PPO insurance – no HMO or Medicaid)
  • Modern office equipped with digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and up-to-date technology
  • Opportunity to grow your skills in a practice that prioritizes quality care and team well-being

Comprehensive Benefits Package We value our team and invest in your well-being with a supportive benefits package designed for work-life balance, professional satisfaction, and long-term growth:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Earn paid vacation days to recharge and enjoy time away—helping you maintain energy and enthusiasm for providing excellent patient support.
  • Continuing Education & Training Support: Access to in-office training, workshops, and reimbursement for relevant courses or certifications (e.g., radiology refreshers, infection control updates) to help you grow your skills and confidence.
  • Uniform & Scrubs Allowance: Provided or reimbursed scrubs/uniforms so you always look and feel professional without extra out-of-pocket costs.
  • Positive Team Environment & Perks: Work in a friendly, family-like atmosphere with team appreciation events, staff lunches, and a practice culture that celebrates hard work and collaboration.
