As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in helping our dental team provide exceptional care in a welcoming and efficient environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist the dentist chair-side during exams and procedures, helping ensure a smooth, comfortable, and efficient patient experience.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment while following proper sterilization and infection control protocols.
Take digital radiographs, assist with impressions, and support expanded function duties as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment expectations, and post-procedure care.
Help create a calm, friendly, and welcoming environment for patients, easing anxieties and building trust.
Collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and front office team members to keep the day running smoothly.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable regulatory standards.
Level 1 Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification preferred, but not required.
Certified Dental Assistant credential or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience with back-office dental operations, clinical procedures, and dental practice management software.
Ability to take digital radiographs and assist with impressions and other clinical support duties.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
A professional, positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Ability to stand, sit, and assist with clinical duties throughout the day, including lifting up to 35 lbs when needed.
A desire to continue learning and staying current with dental practices and technology.
