Green Orthodontics in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our growing team! This is a full-time opportunity for an energetic, career-minded professional who is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences. As a clinical team member, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding orthodontic care. Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatment, assisting with bracket bonding and orthodontic adjustments, taking radiographs, maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment, sterilizing instruments, performing lab duties, and ensuring each treatment area is fully prepared between patients. This position requires someone who is comfortable working chairside and "in the mouth" throughout the day while helping patients feel relaxed and informed during their visit.

 

In addition to clinical responsibilities, you'll assist with patient communication, answer phone calls during busy times, and help ensure the office runs efficiently. Strong computer skills, excellent communication, and a friendly, professional attitude are essential. Our office is fun, upbeat, and centered around providing an amazing experience for our pediatric and family patients, so we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, works well under pressure, follows clinical protocols carefully, and believes that teamwork is the key to success.

 

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • 4 days per week
  • Office Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

  • Must pass pre-employment examination
  • Drug testing required
  • Background check required
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English
  • 40 WPM keyboarding skills with a covered keyboard test
  • Certified Dental Assistant required
  • Radiology certification required
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable working directly with patients in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication skills with patients and parents
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
