What You'll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care.
• Ensure patients are comfortable throughout their visit.
• Maintain infection control and OSHA standards.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and the front office to deliver outstanding patient care.

What We're Looking For

• Dental Assistant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Current Iowa Dental Assistant registration (or ability to obtain).
• X-ray certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong team-first mindset.
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
