Dental Assistant – On-the-Job Training Available

BMRHC is now accepting applications for two full-time Dental Assistants at our dental clinic in Yellville, Arkansas!

No previous dental assisting experience? That’s okay—we’re willing to train the right person!

If you’re dependable, compassionate, eager to learn, and enjoy helping others, this could be a great opportunity to begin or grow your career in dental healthcare. At BMRHC, you’ll work alongside a supportive healthcare team while receiving on-the-job training and guidance to develop the skills and certifications needed to succeed as a Dental Assistant.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine desire to help patients and serve our community


• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required


• A current RDA license is preferred, but on-the-job training can be provided to obtain RDA licensure

We’ll Help You Get Certified

For the right candidate, training can be provided on the job to obtain some of the below required certifications.

• RDA licensure


• CPR certification


• Nitrous Oxide certification, including the required class and exam


• Prophy certification, including the required class and exam


• X-ray certification, including the required class and exam
