We're looking for a Dental Assistant who is driven, patient-centric, and a brand ambassador for our periodontal practice located in Worcester, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of dentistry and a commitment to grow and innovate to best serve our patients. You'll be responsible for preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials, as well as compliantly delivering procedures and protocols. Why Join Affinity Dental Management? Pay rate: $27-28/hourHealth benefits package: medical + vision + dental + 401K + life ins. + disability *Eligible after 30 daysPaid time off: 3 weeks + 8 holidays 1-hour lunch breakContinuing Education (CE) credits Opportunities for growth and mentorship Location: NE Periodontal Specialist - 65 Elm Street, Worcester, MA 01609Periodontistal team providing exceptional patient care and dental procedures for the Worcester, MA community4.9 Google rating8 fully-equipped, state-of-the-art treatments roomsOnsite parkingHarmonious & supportive work environmentSchedule: Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM Responsibilities: Assist in providing a safe, comforting, and welcoming exam room atmosphereSterilize and deliver instruments to treatment area, position and pass instruments and materials, suction, and expose/develop radiographic studiesPour, trim, and polish study casts and removable appliancesMaintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calling for repairsCapture and interpret x-rays Track inventory levels, anticipate needed supplies, and verify receipt of suppliesDocument dental care services by charting in patient recordsEducate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Diploma or certificate from an approved Dental Assistant program as accredited by CODACurrent MA DA license, or DANB CDA in CT, ICE & RHS Certifications CPR CertificationMinimum 2 years of dental office experience (required)Eaglesoft or Dental Vision software knowledge (a plus) Interview Process: 1 phone + in-person interview
