Wave Dental Specialists, a trusted multi-specialty practice in Dearborn Heights, is seeking an energetic and experienced Dental Assistant to support both our Pediatric and Orthodontic departments. This is a full-time, float position perfect for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and working with patients of all ages—especially kids and teens.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant (pediatric and/or ortho experience preferred)
   
• Comfortable assisting in both Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics
   
• Excellent chairside manner with children, teens, and their families
   
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-provider setting
   
• Professional, detail-oriented, and adaptable
   
• Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month

Requirements

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two-years related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
• Valid X-ray certificate.
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
• CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
