Aesthetic & Family Dentistry has a successful model to provide the highest quality care, in an efficient and productive manner.  Not every provider is a good fit for our practices.  We have identified the attributes and expectations that will permit each provider to be a successful member of Aesthetic & Family Dentistry.

Our Model

The success of our practices is built on the following fundamentals:

• The doctor-patient relationship is paramount to the practice of dentistry.

• We are not insurance driven, in that we define how and what needs to be done to evaluate, diagnose and treat the patient.

Our Formal Offer:

• Each prospective team member commits to the terms of our Culture, and embraces our Model


• Partial paid, individual health insurance, after three-month probation


• Scrubs (after three months)


• 401k (with three-percent employer contribution)


• For the first three months, daily minimum salary that equals to $165,000 annual salary, for a full-time associate, plus that portion of 1/3 of collections that exceed the daily minimum, and thereafter, exclusively 1/3 collections, with potential to make up to $300,000 in the first year, based on past associate performance.


• No weekends (except emergency), no evenings.


• Training Budget (once provider is established with the practice)
