🚀 What You’ll Do
Be the insurance expert: Help patients understand their coverage, benefits, and financial options with clarity and confidence.
Turn confusion into clarity: Review and explain EOBs, deductibles, co-pays, and insurance communications in plain language patients can trust.
Be the problem-solver: Resolve billing discrepancies, appeal denied claims, and ensure patients get the benefits they deserve.
Guide patients financially: Accurately calculate co-pays, out-of-pocket costs, and assist with Care Credit and payment plans.
Create lasting trust: Communicate with patients professionally and compassionately, building relationships that keep them coming back.
💡 What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of dental billing experience (required).
- Strong grasp of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance plans (PPO, HMO, DMO, Union, Med-Type).
- Sharp attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in reviewing EOBs, ledgers, and insurance verification.
- Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solutions-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced practice.
