Job Description - Dental Business Team | Patient Care Coordinator

Great Single Doctor Private Practice in Carrollton looking to hire a full-time Patient Coordinator. Medium size office with 2 front business team members, 2 assistants, 2 hygienist. It also has a low turn over rate. This practice is lead by a doctor that has a great personality and is even tempered. The doctor likes for all the staff to be responsible for their duties and not have to be managed directly. The staff can only sing this doctors praises. This office is open to all candidates and celebrates diversity in the practice!

The Ideal candidate has insurance experience and has worked with Dentrix. A business team candidate that is also comfortable managing hygiene recall and presenting treatment plans would be and excellent fit for this role!

Schedule:
Monday	8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday	8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
Wednesday	OFF
Thursday	8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday	8:15 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements

Dentrix proficiency
File/verify insurance
Appeal claims
Formulate treatment plans
Present treatment plans
Schedule hygiene appointments
Maintain recall program
