Dental Financial Coordinator

A minimum of 2 years as a pediatric/orthodontic Treatment Coordinator; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along with Denti-cal. The high-priority candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Please do not apply if you do not have dental experience.

Treatment Coordinator Job Duties:

• Treatment planning.
• IV Cases.
• Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending Club.
• Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge.
• Able to meet monthly production/collection goals.
• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus!
• Knowledge of Dentical, PPO, and HMO Billing

• MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
• Previous dental front office experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• An upbeat personality is a MUST.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clean, neat professional appearance.
• Bi-lingual Spanish desired.
• Must be available to work some Saturdays.

Job Type:

• Mon- Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm and Two Saturdays a month 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Hourly+ Benefits+ Monthly bonus
