Join Our Dental Team as a Front Desk receptionist.
Are you a people person with a passion for organization and excellent customer service? Our growing dental practice is seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Dental Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face of our office!

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and positive experience while helping keep our office running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and welcome patients with a smile and a professional attitude
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently
• Verify insurance details and assist patients with billing and payment processing
• Maintain accurate patient records and keep information up to date
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the front office runs seamlessly
• Work closely with our clinical team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable patient journey

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dental front desk experience is a MUST
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a love for helping others
