Our patients love us so we are growing! We are a fee for service, out of network boutique dental office that needs an additional front office coordinator 4-5 days per week. We will provide training on the job, especially if you are new to dentistry.

• Patient scheduling, billing and collection
• Promoting excellent customer service face to face, email, and over the phone.
• Knowledge of regulations related to insurance.
• An upbeat, can-do attitude, willing to learn and help out to make the day flow smoothly for the whole team.

Job Structure

• Hours: 4-5 days a week | Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 with morning huddle at 7:45 AM.
• Benefits after 90 days: Free dental care minus the lab fees, 1 week PTO and 7 paid holidays off
• Provided: Blazer/Sweater and office swag, monthly lunch meetings, quarterly team training and bonding
• Procedures include: Invisalign, Bioclear, Composite and Porcelain Veneers, Laser Dentistry, Botox, Tooth Gems

We are looking for someone has customer service experience, attention to detail, empathy, a positive mindset, a friendly personality, and excellent communication skills. A background check will be conducted with your consent.
