Job Description - Dental Front Desk Manager

Seaport Dental Associates in Boston, MA is seeking a skilled Dental Front Desk administrator to join our dynamic team. We are hoping to find an experienced front desk administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career. This role will start out as an administrator position but hopefully transform into a managerial position very quickly. As part of our close-knit practice, you will be at the heart of our patient care experience, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. With a salary range of $30-$40 per hour, you will play a key role in managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your dedication to efficiency and customer satisfaction will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to high-quality dental care. Responsibilities: • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently and accurately. • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth flow of the front desk operations. • Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. • Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date and accurate. • Coordinate with dental staff to optimize daily schedules and ensure efficient patient care. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in dental office administration. • Proficient in managing patient scheduling and billing procedures. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance procedures. • Competencies: US Work Authorization. • Very personable and a team player. Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
