Seaport Dental Associates in Boston, MA is seeking a skilled Dental Front Desk administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will start out as an administrator position but hopefully transform into a managerial position very quickly. As part of our close-knit practice, you will be at the heart of our patient care experience, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. With a salary range of $30-$40 per hour, you will play a key role in managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your dedication to efficiency and customer satisfaction will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to high-quality dental care. Responsibilities: • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently and accurately. • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth flow of the front desk operations. • Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. • Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date and accurate. • Coordinate with dental staff to optimize daily schedules and ensure efficient patient care. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in dental office administration. • Proficient in managing patient scheduling and billing procedures. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance procedures. • Competencies: US Work Authorization. • Very personable and a team player. Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
