Dental Front Desk - Oral Surgery

Our busy, upscale Oral Surgery practice is seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. Be part of a big team managing a great patient flow. We are seeing close to 100 patients per day - so if you like a busy and productive atmsphere this is the office for you!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet patients with a warm and friendly attitude
• Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
• Assist the dental team in managing patient flow and ensuring timely appointments

Schedule:

Mon - Friday  7:30 - 4:30

• Previous experience working in an Oral Surgery practice IS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in dental practice management software and computer systems, we use WinOMS
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour based on experience
