Dental Front Desk Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented person with a dental office background to become our Scheduler! Join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized schedule for dental appointments and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone and in-person
• Manage the dental office calendar, ensuring optimal patient flow
• Verify patient insurance information and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Assist patients with inquiries regarding treatments, costs, and insurance
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks

Tuesday - every other Saturday, 8am -5pm.  1 hour for Lunch.

1 year of experience in a dental office role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in dental scheduling software and electronic health records

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $19 - $23 per hour based on experience

After 90 days - Health Insurance - pays 60% up to $250

401K after 6 months full-time 3%,

Free dental minus lab fees, 50% for immediate family after 90 days 

Quarterly Production Bonus
