Dental Front Desk/Dental Assistant - Rego Park

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk receptionist to join our team. MUST HAVE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE and be proficent in Open Dental, provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a dental setting. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in dental reception is an absolute MUST. If you have an assisting background and are willing to pitch in and assist once or twice per week this would be very beneficial

We are willing to hire part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
• Handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately and providing information as needed.
• Check patients out after treatment.
• Able to deal with insurance authorization etc.

Office hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Offering $22-$28 per hour plus dental for you and your whole immediate family through the office.

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist is required.
• Proficient in using phone systems and Open Dental is a MUST.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
