Schedule (NO WEEKENDS!):
Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 7:00am - 3:00pm
Friday 7:00am- 3:00pm
Responsibilities
The
Front Office Coordinator
will:
Create and maintain an environment that puts the patient at ease. Our goal is they feel like they are visiting the spa!
Develop productive schedules.
Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
Manage patient documents and records.
Process and complete claim forms.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Adhere to office dress code.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience working in similar roles
The desire to create something unique and special
Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice
Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits and ability to present treatment plans to patients
Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
