Our established, single-provider general dental practice in South Fort Collins is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Dental Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. Led by an outstanding dentist who truly values both patients and team members, we are a PPO and Fee-For-Service practice dedicated to providing the highest level of care and customer service.

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Checking patients in and out efficiently
• Verifying dental insurance benefits
• Updating and maintaining patient demographic information
• Managing patient communications and correspondence
• Supporting daily front office operations
• Providing exceptional customer service to every patient, every day
• Collaborating closely with our clinical and administrative team

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years of experience in a dental front office setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A friendly, outgoing, and confident phone presence
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
• A positive attitude and passion for working as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness
• A growth mindset with openness to coaching and feedback
• A genuine desire to help patients feel valued and cared for
