General Dental office is seeking an experienced motivated Dental Front Office Treatment Coordinator. MUST have dental experience to apply.
The Treatment Coordinator needs to have knowledge of all facets of dentistry. 3+ years of experience needed. The ability to start cases the same day and a high acceptance rate is required. Must be proficient in treatment coordination and working with the Doctor to present and close cases.
Must be friendly, highly self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy to patients, dental team, and doctors. Excellent communication skills, customer service and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of dental office treatment coordination experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Standards
- Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology
- Able to present and close financial arrangements using 3rd party financing
- Hands-on experience with basic computer software (Excel, Word, Google drive etc.)
- Knowledge in finance and principles of business preferred
- Computer literate / Dentrix software programs
- Encouraging all Bilingual in English & Spanish to apply
