PrimeCare Benefits Group is excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new Tropicana Health Center, and we're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our founding team!

This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new dental practice, work alongside an exceptional team, and make a lasting impact from day one. Our dental offices are located within the Culinary Health Center, where we are committed to providing exceptional dental care and delivering a 5-star patient experience to every patient, every visit.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dental hygienist during preventive and periodontal procedures.


• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are fully stocked and sanitized.


• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection prevention and infection control standards.


• Take digital radiographs in accordance with Nevada regulations.


• Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.


• Enter clinical notes and assist with chart documentation as directed.


• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.


• Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and equipment.


• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming and positive patient experience.


• Support the dental team with additional clinical and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification.


• Experience assisting a dental hygienist preferred.


• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and digital radiography.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and delivering 5-star customer service.
