Full-Time Dental Hygienist – All Smiles Dental Group

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Near North Carefree and Powers Blvd)

Schedule: Monday through Thursday per week and 1 Saturday per month

Base Wage: $52 to $55 per hour plus daily bonuses.

Bonus eligibility: Up to an additional $4,000 in annual compensation via select bonus programs.

Signing Bonus: As an incentive, providing a $5,000 signing bonus.

Loyalty Bonus: As an incentive, providing a $7,500 loyalty bonus.

Retirement: Provides up to a 4% match of your salary into your 401K beginning on 1st anniversary of employment. For example, if your earnings are $100,000 and you contribute 5% into your 401K, we will contribute $4,000.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Hygiene License
• Local Anesthesia Permit
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
• Committed to working 1 Saturday per month
• Passion for oral health education and putting patients first
• Comfortable with treatment planning Perio and Restorative needs
