Job Description - Dental Hygienist

Allen & Washington Dental, a modern, high-tech dental practice, is seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our exceptional team! With state-of-the-art technology, an amazing staff, and great leadership, we’re looking for a dedicated professional to deliver top-tier patient care and help drive our practice’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing with precision and care.

Conduct patient assessments, including oral health screenings and periodontal charting.

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care to promote long-term health.

Take and interpret dental X-rays using advanced imaging technology.

Collaborate with our dental team to meet daily goals and enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) with an active state license in CA.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a dental hygienist preferred.

Proficiency with modern dental tools and technology (e.g., digital X-rays, ultrasonic scalers).

Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to contribute to practice growth.
