What You’ll Do:

• Deliver thorough, compassionate preventive dental care and patient education
   
• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and hygiene exams
   
• Accurately document patient records using digital charting
   
• Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team to provide excellent care
   
• Ensure patients feel comfortable and confident during their visit
   

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
   
• Great communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
   
• Passion for promoting oral health and wellness
   
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Requirements

Education and Training

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Registered Dental Hygiene License from practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of Open Dental, a plus
• Possess outstanding time management and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
