Full-Time Dental Hygienist

Location: Yelm, WA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $120K to $140K per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Summary:
We are hiring a Dental Hygienist to join a structured dental team of 1 Dentist, 1 Hygienist, and 2 Dental Assistants. The practice uses Dentrix for all charting and documentation. In this role, you will handle hygiene procedures, patient education, x-rays, and clinical documentation while helping maintain a smooth daily workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver routine hygiene care and deep cleanings as appropriate
• Monitor and document gum health, plaque buildup, and oral conditions
• Take digital x-rays and assist with diagnostic support
• Update charts and maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Share clear home care instructions with patients of all ages
• Prepare patients for exams and assist the dentist with clinical communication
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards

• Degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Active Washington Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to take dental radiographs in accordance with state requirements
• Previous experience in a dental office preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
