Salary starting at $79,000 - $2500 sign on bonus and $2500 at one year of service - HRSA Loan repayment eligibility

This position requires at least a two-year agreement. 

ABOUT ONE HEALTH OHIO

One Health Ohio is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing an integrated healthcare delivery model to patients in our communities. We provide quality, compassionate services in medical, dental, behavioral health, recovery and pharmacy to our patients. 

Essential Duties / Essential Job Functions:

• Provide dental hygiene care for patients coordinating appropriate preventative treatment with the assistance of the Dentis for adults and pediatric patients. 


• Document an accurate health history, including patient's blood pressure at each visit, and chart progress notes in the Electronic Dental Chart. 


• Ensure appropriate dental instruments are available for each preventative procedure. 


• Maintain a safe and clean working environment per OSHA guidelines and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene Program required


• Dental Hygienist license in the State of Ohio required
