Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Dental Hygienist for an outpatient opportunity in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This mission-driven outpatient opportunity offers a true four-day workweek with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Providers will focus on preventative dental care and oral health education while working alongside a collaborative clinical support team serving patients of all ages.

COMPENSATION
• Base Pay: $40.00-$54.00/hour
• Full benefits package included
• PSLF and NHSC eligibility available

SCHEDULE
• Four-day workweek
• No nights
• No weekends
• No holidays
• No on-call responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide preventative dental hygiene care
• Perform patient oral health assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Support pediatric and adult patient populations
• Collaborate with dental providers and support staff
• Utilize EPIC EMR system

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience REQUIRED
