Dental Hygienist - $50-60/hr + $10k sign-on

We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a great practice that is growing in Crozet, VA. Our practice offers a wonderful office culture, work flexibility and attractive pay & benefits, Our hygienists enjoy working at the practice and have great relationships with patients and handle 1 column of hygiene. We haves 3 other RDHs who have been there on average of 5 years.

Your Average Day:

• Review oral Health History and conduct initial mouth screening
• Educating patients on proper teeth and gum care and the importance of diet on oral health
• Taking X-rays and developing dental impressions and radiographs of teeth
• Removing plaque, cleaning teeth, and helping to prevent gum disease
• Supporting the Dentist on all aspects of dental care
• Collecting medical and dental histories from patients
• Applying preventive materials to the teeth such as sealants & fluoride

You Have:

• An in-depth knowledge of medicine, dentistry, dental health, and safety regulations
• Experience as a Dental Hygienist
• CPR Certification
• Knowledge of infection control guidelines set forth by CCHC/OHSA/ADA.
• Knowledge HIPPA regulations

• Monday to Friday OR Monday to Thursday 

License/Certification:

• Virginia Hygiene License
• Practice will help with Licensing If moving from out of state
