Blue Jay Dental is recruiting a dental hygienist for an established practice serving the Apple Valley area. You will work with dentists and colleagues who value prevention, clear communication, and a welcoming patient experience.

COMPENSATION

Starting pay is $60 per hour. Incentive programs offer the opportunity to earn up to $88 per hour; that higher amount includes incentives and is not a guaranteed base wage. A sign-on bonus is available, with the amount and terms discussed during the hiring process.

SCHEDULE

Full-time options are advertised, with the complete schedule to be confirmed during the interview. Currently listed shifts are Wednesday and Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–2:15 p.m., and Friday, 6:30 a.m.–1:15 p.m. These three shifts alone do not make up a full-time week; discuss the additional hours and any float assignments needed for a full-time arrangement. This is an in-person patient-care position in the Apple Valley area.

WHAT YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE

• Deliver preventive hygiene services and periodontal care.

• Help patients understand home-care routines and ways to maintain oral health.

• Coordinate with dentists and other team members to support each patient’s treatment.

• Document care accurately and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
