A well-established and busy private practice in Boston, MA, is currently seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist. In this role, you will work in a single-column schedule while providing care to our PPO and FFS patients. Office hours on website: 7-4:30 Monday-Friday.

Currently employ 5 full-time hygienist. 
Every op has its own sensor and integrated cavitron. 
All 16 chairs in office were replaced in 2024. 

Schedule:
Morning huddle 7:05
First patient 7:30.
Done with patients at 4:30.
1 hour lunch. 

All appointments are 60 minutes including adult,child prophies. 
60 minutes for 1 quad of srp. 

Open dental software. 
Hourly wage was not provided. Could do a percentage based on adjusted production if preferred. 

Practice is owned by a periodontist (Dr. Sergio Guzman) - so well defined perio program in place. 

Schedule is a mix of patients - ideally would like to keep 2 quads of srp daily. 

50% - 90% paid medical from 3-12 months after hire. 
10 paid holidays. 
1-3 weeks paid vacay.
$50-$65 per hour based on exp. 
Paid parking downtown Boston.

Full time hygiene coordinator on staff to support hyg team needs. 

Growth position - before covid they had 7 full-time hygienists.

Most procedures are kept in house due to a mix of providers on staff.
