Experience in a dental office setting is required
Strong understanding of front desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient service
Leadership skills with the ability to support and guide team members

Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a business administration, office management, or similar role, preferably within a dental office setting.
Experience managing administrative staff and overseeing business operations.
Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping processes.
Proficiency in office software (Open Dental) and practice management systems.
Certifications:
Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance and OSHA standards (training or certification is a plus).
