Dental Office Manager

Seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional office manager for a dental office near Pacific Beach in San Diego. Great location, great patients, and great team in place.

We are searching for our next office manager. Job description includes, but not limited to, scheduling patients, entering treatment plans, insurance benefits verification and estimates, presenting treatment plans, billing, and most importantly having a friendly, welcoming attitude for the benefit of our patients and the team! 

We are a hygiene-driven office with 7 dental hygienists, 2 general practice doctors, 2 dental assistant, and 2 front-office personnel . Our new hire will be overlooking the day-to-day activities and coordinating most of the front office and back office duties. 

We are open Monday through Friday 7am-4pm and Saturday 7am-2pm. 

Pay will be negotiated based on experience.
