About the Role

The Dental Office Manager is a pivotal leadership position focused on helping the team become more efficient, productive, and confident—while delivering an outstanding patient experience and achieving practice goals. You’ll guide daily operations, strengthen team engagement, and partner closely with our doctors to support a positive culture and strong performance.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll lead the people, operations, and performance of the practice, including:

  • Leadership & Culture: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while creating a workplace where doctors, team members, and patients feel supported and heard.
  • Operations & Workflow: Oversee front office procedures, staffing coordination, and daily systems that keep the schedule running smoothly and efficiently. [
  • Business & Financial Management: Drive results through schedule optimization, reporting, invoice/expense oversight, and collaboration on collections and patient account balances.
  • Patient Experience: Ensure exceptional service, accurate patient registration, strong communication, and consistent time-of-service collections—supporting a patient-first, hospitality-minded environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in dental office management required
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management systems
  • Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Denticon)
