Are you a seasoned Dental Office Manager who thrives at the intersection of team leadership, business growth, and genuine patient relationships? Welcome to Litchfield Smiles!
We are not a cold, corporate dental factory-we practice "Dentistry Redefined". Led by Dr. Seraphim Moreira, a highly respected clinician with a 35+ year legacy of delivering exceptionally gentle, relationship-driven care, our practice treats patients like family. We are looking for a powerhouse, business-minded Office Manager to form a true leadership partnership with Dr. Moreira, cultivate our close-knit team, and drive the operational growth of our thriving facility.
Litchfield Smiles features a beautiful, modern 7-operatory setup running a fast-paced, high-energy, and deeply friendly daily workflow. You won't be marooned on an island; you will lead a highly collaborative, synchronized team of top-tier professionals:
Front Office: 3 total team members (including you as the leader).
Hygiene Department: 2 dedicated, full-time Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs).
Back Office: 2 to 3 highly skilled Dental Assistants.
1. Practice Growth & Strategic Partnership: Partner directly with Dr. Moreira to optimize the practice's daily production, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), identify revenue-generating opportunities, and implement growth strategies that expand our local patient footprint.
2. People Leadership & Culture Preservation: Act as the operational heartbeat of the clinic. Train, mentor, and schedule our front and back-office teams to maintain a highly synchronized, low-stress, and collaborative workplace culture.
3. Comprehensive Patient Care & Collections: Oversee the entire front-office lifecycle. Build lasting relationships with patients, handle escalated patient care inquiries, maximize insurance billing across major networks, and ensure a seamless, efficient check-in/check-out process.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Dental Office Management experience is strictly required.
Dental Business IQ: Deep expertise in dental billing, complex insurance navigation, accounts receivable management, and dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar).
The "Growth" Mindset: A proven track record of managing schedules for maximum clinical efficiency, identifying same-day treatment opportunities, and leading teams to meet or exceed monthly production goals.
Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills-someone who can command a room of professionals while remaining deeply warm, accessible, and empathetic to patients.
This role offers the absolute best of both worlds: the intimate feel, local clinical autonomy, and deep community relationships of a boutique private practice, backed by the robust financial security, standard operating procedures, and competitive benefits of American Dental Companies.
If you are a visionary dental leader ready to establish a lucrative, long-term operational partnership with an elite doctor, we want to talk to you. Submit your resume today for immediate consideration by our Talent Acquisition team!
