Our growing dental practice is seeking a dental office professional to move up to Office Manager. Your key duties to begin with will be front office management and treatment coordination. What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office
• Run the Front Office including, scheduling patients and staff
• Treatment Coordination
• Oversee insurance verification, billing, and collections
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
• Monitor office productivity, financial goals, and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with the dentist to improve workflow and practice growth

Hours - 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, no weekends

• Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator or Office Manager in a dental practice
• Front Desk and Treatment Coordinator experience
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Professional, dependable, and patient-centered attitude

• $28 - $33 per hour based on experience
