We are looking for a passionate, talented, hardworking detail-oriented self-starter for a high-quality, customer care oriented periodontal practice in St Petersburg, Florida. 

Responsibilities include:

• Strong communication skills - greet patients, answer phones, schedule patients and collect fees
• Strong computer skills - paperless office, Dentrix software experience 
• Treatment plan presentation - Strong compassionate communication skills to review and convey value in allowing patients to accept and schedule needed treatment. 
• Enhance/train valued team members - meet regularly, training and allowing growth of each patient-care coordinator to flourish within the practice.
• Insurance - verification and electronic claims processing, and resolution of outstanding claims
• Close interaction with the doctor to ensure each aspect of the practice flows smoothly
