Recall Coordinator – Dental Office

Position: Recall Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing patients to schedule follow-up and recall appointments
- Engage patients in friendly, informative conversations about their oral health and the importance of regular dental care
- Maintain and update recall systems and appointment logs
- Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure smooth scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
Prior Dental office experience needed
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence
- Organized, proactive, and dependable
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients and educate them about their dental health
