• MINIMUM 1YEAR Work Experience in DENTAL OFFICE IS REQUIRED


• Some College education desired

• Greet and assist visitors & patients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.


• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide relevant information.


• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and maintain accurate records.


• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.


• Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to promote our office's services, events and updates.

• Experience with dental reception duties and customer service is required


• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.


• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
