Dental Patient Access Representative

The Dental Patient Access Representative will perform a variety of clerical and reception duties involved in maintaining patient medical records, checking patients in/out for appointments, scheduling appointments, obtaining new patient and insurance information, verifying insurance, answering phones and other clerical duties as assigned.

1. High school graduation or equivalent, required.
2. 1+ years of experience front desk/patient access experience preferred.
3. 1+ years of experience in a clinic setting preferred.
4. EMR/computer experience preferred.
5. Dental terminology preferred.
6. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
