Dental Patient Coordinator

We are hiring a full time Treatment Coordinator for our dental practice. Salary depends on years of experience. We also offer benefits. To do well in this role, you should provide a great level of patient care along with the following criteria:

Responsibility for Coordinator:

• Greet, register, and assist patients with forms and documentation.
• Verify and update patient records; enter information accurately into the system.
• Answer and manage calls with >80% scheduling conversion and >96% pick-up rate.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments; maintain >90% re-appointment rate.
• Present treatment plans clearly, explain options, and maintain >40% case acceptance.
• Collect copays, deposits, balances; arrange payment plans; prepare billing and insurance claims.
• Keep reception and waiting areas professional, organized, and welcoming.
• Support practice growth by encouraging Google reviews (20+ per month).
• Assist with referrals, patient flow, and office protocols to ensure efficiency.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Perform any office-related task requested by dentist or office manager
