Dental Patient Coordinator- Selma, NC

Riccobene Associates is looking for a full-time Dental Patient Coordinator to join the team at our Selma office! As a Dental Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office by managing patient schedules, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient schedules and ensure the dental office stays on schedule
• Greet and check-in patients, collect necessary information, and update patient records
• Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
• Collect payments and provide financial and insurance information to patients
• Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle time-sensitive tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit ethical conduct
