• Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, service excellence, and production growth

• Lead, coach, and support front and back-office staff to reach individual and team goals

• Maximize patient satisfaction through effective scheduling, workflow, and communication

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (collections, case acceptance, production)

• Act as a culture ambassador—promoting professionalism, teamwork, and respect

🧠 What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in dental or healthcare office management

• Knowledge of dental software systems like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental

• Strong grasp of insurance, billing, scheduling, and treatment planning processes

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
