Dental Practice Manager

Location: Commerce, TX
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000 annually (depending on experience)

Community Dental Partners is seeking a qualified Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations at our Family Smiles of Commerce location. This leadership position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, optimizing practice performance, and guiding a team of professionals in alignment with our values and operational standards.

  Supported by the Operations Director

  Oversee all non-clinical aspects of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and collections

  Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and an excellent patient experience

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and manage the practice budget while meeting performance goals

  
  


• 
  

  Lead, coach, and develop the front office and back-office teams

  
  


• 
  

  Support marketing initiatives and patient outreach to promote growth

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, Marketing, Clinical Support, Procurement, and our Support Center

  
  

• 
  

  Previous dental or healthcare management experience is preferred, but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with dental billing, insurance claims, and front-office operations is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  Ability to adapt to change and lead through evolving environments

  Proficiency in managing teams, multi-tasking, and problem-solving
