Dental Practice Manager

Position: Dental Practice Manager

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

Salary Range: $45,000 – $56,000

Position Overview:

Community Dental Partners invites qualified candidates to join our team as a Dental Practice Manager at our Dental office . In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and supporting the clinical and administrative teams to achieve practice goals.

Reporting Structure:

  Collaborates closely with the Operations Director

Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Manage patient scheduling to optimize efficiency and patient flow.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and balance quality of care with operational and financial objectives.

  
  


• 
  

  Implement marketing initiatives to promote practice growth.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead, train, and develop staff to maintain high standards of patient service.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform additional duties as assigned to support practice success.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Prior experience in dental practice management is preferred; however, demonstrated leadership and organizational skills are essential.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of dental billing and insurance processes is beneficial; training will be provided as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive leadership approach are required.
