What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency.
• Schedule and confirm appointments to maximize office productivity.
• Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Manage dental insurance claims and payments accurately.
• Maintain patient account and ensure seamless communication between the front office and clinical teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience Required: Minimum [ 2 years] in dental reception or front office roles.
• Knowledge of Dental Software: Experience with Dentrix or similar software is preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to create a welcoming environment for patients and communicate effectively with the team.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, efficient in scheduling, and patient account management.

Office Hours:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with two Saturday shifts in a month, 9:00 AM -1:00 PM.
