Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming dental receptionist to join our team!

As the receptionist for our busy office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet patients as they arrive at the practice

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment

Check and verify insurance eligibility for patients

Check and answer to emails

Assisting the office manager with drafting and presenting treatment plans when needed

Qualifications

Two or more years of dental front office/dental receptionist experience is preferred

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and dental software

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Our office is conveniently located on Pomerado Road in Poway and is accessible via all the major roads. We are proud of our office, which fully utilizes the latest in dentistry equipment for Lumineers, teeth whitening and more.

We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. Unlike most dental offices, which use tap water that can become contaminated, our office eliminates the possibility of contamination by using distilled water (bottled water) for our dental units.

Our friendly and competent doctors and staff are dedicated to patient comfort and quality of care. We provide the best and latest in dental technology and treatment options.

We provide gentle, family oriented dental care to the adults and children of this community. We utilize the best equipment sterilization techniques available to dentists. In addition to general dentistry and implant dentistry and endodontics (root canal treatments) and other specialists.
